Arrival in Barbados and transfer to the hotel. At 4:00 p.m., check-in takes place, followed by free time to settle in and enjoy the resort’s facilities. At 7:00 p.m., departure for the Oistins Fish Fry Experience excursion, an iconic island activity that combines local cuisine with music and an authentically Caribbean atmosphere. After the experience, return to the hotel and overnight stay.

We will begin the day at 7:00 a.m. with aerobics led by Melissa. At 8:00 a.m., a round of golf practice. At 9:00 a.m., departure for the Beach Day excursion at Harbor Lights, a beach day at one of Barbados’ most iconic beach clubs. In the evening, at 6:00 p.m., a welcome reception at the Wyndham hotel. At 7:00 p.m., a featured concert at the Wyndham Stage, with performances by Romaro Greaves, Andréa Lisa, and Julian Vaughn. Afterward, at 10:00 p.m., an after-party with a DJ. Overnight stay.

The day begins at 7:00 AM with an aerobics session led by Melissa. At 1:00 PM, enjoy a Pool Party with a DJ. At 4:00 PM, there will be a Q&A session with artists and celebrities. At 6:00 PM, transfer to the concert venue. At 7:00 PM, the main concert will take place at Ilaro Court Stage, featuring an opening act to be confirmed, along with performances by Elan Trotman & Friends and Jeffrey Osborne. Return to the hotel and overnight accommodation.

At the scheduled time, meet in the lobby for the transfer to the international airport to board your return flight to your hometown (flight not included).

At 9:00 AM, take advantage of a free day excursion in Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados, for shopping, sightseeing, and exploring at your own pace. In the evening, at 6:00 PM, attend the VIP Meet & Greet at Wyndham. At 7:00 PM, enjoy the featured concert on the Wyndham Stage, with an opening act to be announced, followed by performances by Keyon Harrold and Jeff Bradshaw. At 10:00 PM, experience Cigars & Rum with John Starks and Jeff Bradshaw, followed by an After Party with DJ entertainment. Overnight stay.

HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned are for reference only; they are the most commonly used in this type of tour. However, when confirming services, please note that the final hotels may be others of the same category.
  • Services such as cribs or bed types (Twin, King, Queen) are subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.

ITINERARY

  • In case of arrivals or departures different from those scheduled in the tour, or if additional nights are required, transfers are not included in the package and may be arranged at an additional cost.
  • The itinerary is subject to changes due to weather conditions, road conditions, operational issues, availability, or unforeseen events at the time of booking.
  • The order of activities may vary; however, the content and included services will remain the same.
  • Regular or shared services: some services are provided on a shared basis with other passengers. Transportation, guided visits, and excursions are conducted in groups, so schedules and routes may be adjusted for proper coordination of the service.
  • Travel documents: once full payment has been confirmed, final travel documents will be sent approximately 6 days prior to the departure date.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • Full vaccination schedule required.
  • Yellow fever vaccination: the vaccine must be administered at least 10 days prior to travel. Individuals over 60 years old must present a medical certificate for travel.
  • Travelers must complete the Immigration and Customs online form, available 72 hours prior to arrival. Once completed, Immigration and Customs receipts must be saved on a mobile device or printed and presented upon arrival.   • It is essential to have a passport valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel. To confirm the booking, a copy of the passport must be submitted; if not yet available, a copy of an official ID showing the passenger’s correct name may be sent instead.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or other documents are required to enter the travel destinations, and to ensure all documentation is valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable, unless specific supplier conditions state otherwise in writing.
  • Service confirmation is subject to timely payment according to the dates established in the quotation.
  • First deposit: 25% plus the full airfare amount.
  • 125 days before departure: 50% of the total package must be paid.
  • 95 days before departure: 80% of the total package must be paid.
  • 65 days before departure: 100% of the total package must be paid.
