DAY 1 • SAARISELKA
Arrival at Ivalo Airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in.
Welcome to the Inari–Saariselkä region, in the heart of Finnish Lapland, a unique destination of Arctic landscapes with national parks, lakes, rivers, and fells, ideal for outdoor activities year-round. In winter, it is possible to admire the Northern Lights on up to 200 nights per year.
Saariselkä, the northernmost tourist destination in Finland, offers excellent infrastructure for visitors. In Inari and nearby areas, the rich Sámi culture remains alive in every detail, providing an authentic and memorable Lapland experience.

DAY 2 • SAARISELKA
At the scheduled time, we will begin with a welcome meeting with the Tour Director, who will present the details of the itinerary and provide the included thermal clothing, available for your comfort throughout the entire Arctic experience. Afterwards, we will carry out the following activities:

DAY 3 • SAARISELKA – ROVANIEMI
Today we will continue this adventure toward the magical Santa’s Igloos.
Overnight accommodation.
Optional excursion available: “OPTIONAL SHARED TOUR – SNOWMOBILE SAFARI” (not included, available at an additional cost) (Approximate duration: 4 hours). Driving a snowmobile through the silent and mysterious winter wilderness is a truly unique experience. The headlights illuminate the path as you cross snow-covered forests, marshes, and hills, revealing the full magic of the Arctic landscape. Halfway through the tour, we will stop to light a campfire, a perfect moment to grill sausages, warm up, and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings. With a bit of luck, the sky will turn into an unforgettable spectacle, with the Northern Lights dancing above you. Return to the hotel.
Important note: To drive a snowmobile in Finland, a valid driver’s license from a country that has signed the Geneva Convention on Road Traffic is required. We cannot take responsibility for driver’s licenses that are not accepted. Please check if you have any doubts.
DAY 4 • ROVANIEMI
At the scheduled time, transfer from the Igloo Hotel to the hotel located in the city center. Free afternoon to enjoy the city of Rovaniemi at your own pace. Dinner and overnight stay.
Optional excursion available: “OPTIONAL SHARED TOUR – DINNER AT THE ICE RESTAURANT” (not included, additional cost) (approximate duration: 4.5 hours). Experience the only Ice Restaurant in Rovaniemi, entirely built from snow and ice! This exceptional dinner, in a magical, icy setting, promises to exceed all expectations. Be captivated by delicate ice sculptures and capture every detail in photos before enjoying an exquisite three-course gourmet dinner served on ice tables. The experience begins with a guided visit to the Arctic SnowHotel, where the guide will reveal the secrets behind the impressive snow structures and the magic behind the annual reconstruction of the Ice Restaurant.
DAY 5 • ROVANIEMI
Breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
Optional excursion: “UNFORGETTABLE SHARED TOUR NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY” (not included, additional cost) At 10:00 PM, departure from your hotel to a unique location to celebrate the arrival of the New Year, just 20 minutes from the city. On the magical Lapland border of the Arctic Circle, the festivities come alive to welcome the new year. Fire and ice, darkness and light, snow, music, and dance blend harmoniously to create a fascinating atmosphere, perfect for families. Mysterious shamans enhance the magic of the night, and as midnight approaches, Santa Claus will make an appearance to share this special moment. A massive snow disco, ice bars, impressive fireworks, and a spectacular dance show will turn this evening into a truly unforgettable experience. According to Finnish tradition, casting a tin vessel is an ancient New Year’s ritual used to predict what the future holds. The shamans, true interpreters of the symbols of destiny, will help you decipher the shapes revealed in your own casting. The event takes place on snow-covered benches in an idyllic winter setting that evokes the true essence of Lapland. Return transfer to the hotel at 12:30–1:00 AM. (Includes: program transfers, thermal clothing, welcome drink, fortune reading, snow disco, dance performances, and fireworks.)

DAY 6 • ROVANIEMI – KEMI (ICEBREAKER) – ROVANIEMI
Today we will head to the city of Kemi, where an exciting day full of activities awaits us.
Note: If weather conditions allow, it will also be possible to walk on the frozen sea and admire the majestic icebreaker from there—perfect for taking spectacular photos.
Please note that, for safety reasons, participants must be at least 140 cm tall to take part in this activity. Those who do not meet the minimum height requirement must remain on board accompanied by a responsible adult.
DAY 7 • ROVANIEMI
At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for your departure flight. (Flight not included.)

DeViajecon, a travel agency based in Bogotá, Colombia, identified with National Tourism Registry No. 274163 (hereinafter “the Agency”), recognizes the importance of the security, privacy, and confidentiality of the personal data of its clients, users, suppliers, and partners. In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, Decree 1074 of 2015, and other applicable regulations in Colombia regarding personal data protection and habeas data, the Agency adopts this Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy.
The Agency acts as the data controller of the personal data collected through its various service channels, including its website, digital or physical forms, social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, email communications, advertising campaigns, quotation processes, reservations and purchase of travel services, as well as in the development of commercial relationships with clients in Colombia and abroad.
By providing personal data through any means, the data subject grants prior, express, and informed authorization to DeViajecon to collect, store, use, circulate, transfer, and delete such information in accordance with the purposes described herein and applicable legislation.
The Agency may collect personal data such as full name, identification document, date of birth, nationality, passport number, migration information, phone number, email address, city and country of residence, as well as information necessary for managing reservations and travel services, including destinations, travel dates, preferences, purchase history, travel companions, and billing and payment information. In certain cases, when strictly necessary for the proper provision of services, sensitive data may be requested, such as relevant medical conditions, dietary requirements, special assistance needs, or information related to minors. Such data will be handled with absolute confidentiality and only with the express authorization of the data subject or their legal representative.
Additionally, when users browse the Agency’s website or interact with its digital platforms, certain automatic information may be collected, such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, cookies, and browsing behavior, in order to improve user experience, optimize services, and perform internal statistical analysis.
The personal data collected will be used to manage quotations, reservations, and purchases of travel services; issue tickets and vouchers; manage itineraries; send confirmations; provide customer support before, during, and after travel; process payments and billing; send relevant information about contracted services; comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations; and for commercial and marketing purposes related to promotions, updates, and campaigns, provided that authorization has been granted by the data subject. Likewise, the information may be used for internal analysis, market research, and service quality improvement.
Due to the nature of tourism services, personal data may be shared or transferred to third-party partners or service providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurance companies, payment platforms, financial institutions, or migration authorities, both within Colombia and internationally, when necessary for the proper provision of the contracted service. The Agency will ensure that such transfers are carried out under appropriate data protection standards and solely for authorized purposes.
The data subject has the right to know, update, and rectify their personal data; request proof of the authorization granted; be informed about the use of their data; revoke authorization and request deletion of their information when applicable; access their personal data free of charge; file complaints before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the law; and refrain from answering questions regarding sensitive data. These rights may be exercised by sending a request to info@deviajecon.com with the subject line “Personal Data Protection.” Inquiries will be addressed within a maximum of ten (10) business days, and claims within fifteen (15) business days, in accordance with Colombian regulations.
The Agency adopts reasonable technical, administrative, and human security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, the data subject acknowledges that no internet transmission is completely secure and agrees to take appropriate measures to protect their own information.
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, for the duration of the commercial relationship, and for any additional period required by law to comply with legal, accounting, or contractual obligations. Thereafter, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized when possible.
The Agency may use cookies or similar technologies on its website to improve browsing experience, analyze user behavior, and personalize content. Users may configure their browser settings to reject cookies if they wish.
In the case of minors, the Agency will process personal data only when necessary for the provision of travel services and with prior authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
