At the scheduled time, departure to San Sebastián, considered one of the most charming cities in Spain. Free time to explore its historic old town and enjoy its renowned gastronomy. Afterwards, continuation toward the French border, crossing France’s prestigious wine region until arriving in Bordeaux, the historic capital of the Dukes of Aquitaine. Arrival and overnight stay.

Note: If there is not a sufficient number of participants for the Madrid – San Sebastián – Lourdes route, the journey may be operated partially or entirely by train.

We will depart from Bordeaux heading toward the famous Loire Valley, known for housing some of the most iconic castles in France. Free time and continuation toward Germany. Passing through Koblenz, the journey continues along the Rhine Valley, where you can admire breathtaking scenery, with imposing German castles and the iconic Lorelei Rock. Arrival in Frankfurt, the country’s main financial center. Accommodation.

At the indicated time, departure to Lucerne, located on the shores of Lake Lucerne, a city that has preserved its medieval charm in its squares, streets, and buildings. Optional excursion to Mount Titlis, where you ascend by cable car to the snow-covered peaks of the Swiss Alps, enjoying the scenery and snow in a unique experience, as well as the various attractions at the site. We will continue along the Alps toward Vaduz, the capital of the Principality of Liechtenstein, with its lively old town. Brief stop and continuation to Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol. Free time to explore its historic center and main landmarks, such as the Golden Roof, Maria Theresien Street, and St. Anne’s Column, among others. Accommodation. In the morning, visit of Venice, the city of 118 islands. Transfer by vaporetto to St. Mark’s Square. Short free time to stroll on your own through its labyrinthine streets and canals, and to admire the contrasts between the palaces along the Grand Canal and the small churches. Departure to Ferrara, brief stop, and continuation of the journey to Florence, capital of Tuscany and the main city of Italian art. Arrival and accommodation.

At the indicated time, departure for a panoramic tour of Florence, including the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza della Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce, true centers of Florentine art and history. Free time to stroll and enjoy the atmosphere of the city. Continuation of the journey to Assisi, an interesting walled city. Visit of its basilicas, where the tomb of Saint Francis is located. We continue toward Rome, the Eternal City. Upon arrival, optional excursion available to Baroque Rome, exploring its historic heart with iconic landmarks such as Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon, among others. Return to the hotel and accommodation.

HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned in the quotations or programs are for reference purposes and correspond to the most commonly used hotels for these types of tours. However, at the time of confirming services, the assigned hotels may be different properties of the same category and standard.
  • Double rooms: Double rooms (matrimonial or twin) are subject to hotel availability. In case of a specific preference, it will be requested; however, it cannot be guaranteed in advance.
  • Triple rooms: In addition to the double bed, an extra rollaway bed will be provided, subject to hotel availability at the time of booking. (Limited availability, please confirm in advance.)
  • The child rate applies to children from 2 to 7 years old, provided the child shares the bed with two adults. If an extra bed is required, the corresponding rate must be paid.
  • Special requests such as cribs, bed type (Twin, King, Queen), or specific room requests are subject to hotel availability at the time of booking and final confirmation.

ITINERARY

  • In some cities included in this tour, passengers will have free time to continue exploring the city on their own; therefore, return transfers to the hotel will not be included and will be at the passenger’s own expense.
  • In some cities on the itinerary, the stay will be for overnight accommodation only or as a transit point to the next destination. Due to time and logistical reasons, not all cities include sightseeing tours or city tours.
  • The itinerary is subject to modifications due to weather conditions, road conditions, operational situations, availability, or unforeseen events at the time of booking.
  • The order of activities may vary; however, the content and included services will remain the same.
  • Regular or shared services: Some services are provided on a shared basis with other passengers. Transportation, guided visits, and excursions are operated in groups; therefore, schedules and routes may be adjusted for proper service coordination.
  • Regular departures operate with a minimum of 10 passengers. If the minimum number of 10 passengers is not reached, the departure may be canceled or rescheduled to the nearest available date.
  • Travel documents: Once full payment has been confirmed, final travel documents will be sent approximately 6 days prior to departure.

TOURS AND EXCURSIONS

  • The guide or local operator may adjust the order of visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, always respecting the contracted services.
  • If any activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure, the corresponding refund will be processed only for the service not provided, when applicable.
  • We are not responsible for tourism services contracted directly by the passenger with external providers.

CHILD POLICY

  • Infants (under 1.99 years old): Pay airline taxes only. The exact amount of taxes will be confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any additional equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate these needs.
  • Children (2 to 6 years old): Children in this age group pay the child rate. They are not entitled to a bed.
  • Children (7 years old and above): Children in this age group pay the adult rate.
  • Room occupancy: The maximum number of children per room sharing with parents is subject to each hotel’s policies.
  • Documentation: All minors must travel accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. At check-in, they must present their ID card, valid passport, or birth certificate.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be provided; if the passenger does not yet have a passport, a copy of an official identification document showing the passenger’s full name correctly may be submitted.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether they require a visa or any other documents to enter the travel destinations and to ensure all documentation is valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable unless the supplier’s specific conditions state otherwise in writing.
  • Confirmation of services is subject to timely payment according to the dates established in the quotation.
  • All prices are expressed in USD and must be paid in Colombian pesos at the exchange rate (TRM) applicable on the payment date.
  • The first deposit must be 20% of the total value.
  • 100 days prior to departure, 60% of the total package cost must be paid.
  • 50 days prior to departure, 100% of the total package cost must be paid.
