Optionally, those who wish can take a boat ride on the lake, admiring luxurious villas, gardens, and small colorful villages nestled between the water and the mountains.   • “Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel” – This tour will take you through the grandeur of the Vatican Museums (with priority entrance) to reach the Sistine Chapel, with the added bonus of access inside St. Peter’s Basilica, saving you from the endless lines. With a sense of awe, you will admire Michelangelo’s two masterpieces: the Ceiling (at age 33) and the Last Judgment (at age 60). Observing strict silence, you will simply let yourself be carried away. The tour continues to St. Peter’s Basilica, where only inside will you truly appreciate its grandeur. You will be greeted by Michelangelo, this time as a sculptor, with the Pietà. The great master Bernini will also be present with his famous Baldachin at the High Altar, beneath Michelangelo’s architectural masterpiece, the enormous Dome of the Basilica.
  • “Baroque Rome and the Roman Colosseum” – A tour through the Eternal City to admire its mosaic of buildings, squares, and fountains built over the past 2,000 years.   • “The Island of Capri with Boat Tour” (available in summer from April 16 to October 14) We will head to the port of Naples and continue by boat to the island of Capri. Capri, a favorite getaway from Roman Emperors to today’s celebrities and artists, offers a scenic boat ride around the island. If the tide allows, we will see the majestic grotto and admire the unique colors of the stunning Tyrrhenian Sea. We will then enjoy lunch with one of the best views on the island, and after tasting the typical Capri limoncello, take a stroll through Piazza Umberto I, the island’s most famous square. We will continue along the narrow streets, appreciating spectacular views of the island, with free time to enjoy the afternoon or, if you wish, to swim in the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea, weather permitting. Return by boat to Naples and transfer back to the hotel in Rome. *This optional tour does not include lunch.
  • “Naples and Pompeii” (available in winter from October 15 to December 31) We will depart for the city of Naples for a panoramic tour. During this visit, we will explore the historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Main highlights include Piazza del Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, the Castel dell’Ovo, and more. Afterwards, we will visit the ruins of Pompeii, the ancient city buried by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius, with its streets, workshops, and homes preserved as they were 2,000 years ago. FLIGHT TICKETS

  • The flight itinerary may be subject to schedule changes without affecting the day of operation.
  • Airfare and program taxes are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of an increase in airline taxes, fees, hotel taxes, government charges, or other applicable contributions imposed by the airline or authorities, the passenger must assume and pay the difference, even if partial or full payment has already been made, in order for the services to be provided.
  • Issued airline tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-revisable, and do not allow route changes or travel date modifications.

HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned in quotations or programs are for reference purposes only and correspond to the most commonly used hotels for this type of tour. However, at the time of service confirmation, assigned hotels may be replaced with others of equivalent category and standard.
  • Triple rooms: In addition to the double bed, an extra rollaway bed will be provided, subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.
  • Special requests such as cribs, bed type (Twin, King, Queen), or specific room preferences are subject to hotel availability at the time of reservation and final confirmation.

ITINERARY

  • The itinerary is subject to modifications due to weather conditions, road conditions, operational situations, availability, or unforeseen events at the time of booking.
  • The order of activities may vary; however, the content and included services will remain unchanged.
  • Regular or shared services: Some services operate on a shared basis with other passengers. Transportation, guided tours, and excursions are conducted in groups; therefore, schedules and routes may be adjusted to ensure proper coordination of the service.
  • Travel documents: Once full payment has been confirmed, final travel documents will be sent approximately 6 days prior to departure.

TOURS AND EXCURSIONS

  • If the passenger decides to leave the tour and take a flight or train between cities, they must make their own arrangements to reach the hotel and rejoin the group. The passenger must always carry their luggage with them. The Tour Operator and/or Guide will not be responsible for belongings or additional expenses incurred. Likewise, for security reasons, luggage or packages belonging to passengers not traveling on the same transportation service may not be carried on the passenger bus.
  • The local guide or operator may adjust the order of visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always respecting the contracted services.
  • If any activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure, the corresponding refund will be processed only for the unprovided service, when applicable.
  • We are not responsible for tourism services contracted directly by the passenger with external providers.

CHILD POLICY

  • Infants (under 1.99 years old): Only pay airline taxes. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any additional equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate these needs.
  • Children (2 to 11 years old): Children in this age group pay the child fare.
  • Children (12 years old and older): Children in this age group pay the adult fare.
  • Room occupancy: The maximum number of children sharing a room with their parents is subject to each hotel’s policies.
  • Documentation: All minors must travel accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. At check-in, they must present a valid ID card, passport, or birth certificate.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • Starting October 12, 2025, the European Union will implement the new Entry/Exit System (EES) for non-EU and non-Schengen travelers entering for short stays (up to 90 days). Manual passport stamping will be replaced by a digital registration system that will include passport data, facial image, fingerprints, records of entries and exits, and any entry refusals, if applicable.
  • Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport earlier, carry a valid passport, and allow for possible additional waiting times at immigration checkpoints, especially during connections. The implementation will be gradual through April 2026.
  • It is mandatory to have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity at the time of travel. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be provided; if unavailable at the time of booking, a copy of an official identification document showing the passenger’s correct full name may be submitted.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or additional documents are required to enter the destinations included in the trip and to ensure all documentation is valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable unless the supplier’s specific conditions state otherwise in writing.
  • Confirmation of services is subject to timely payment according to the dates established in the quotation.
  • The rates are expressed in USD and must be paid in Colombian pesos at the exchange rate (TRM) applicable on the date of payment.
  • The first deposit must be 25% of the total value.
  • 125 days before the departure date, 40% of the plan must be paid in full.
  • 95 days before the departure date, 60% of the plan must be paid in full.
  • 65 days before the departure date, 80% of the plan must be paid in full.
  • 50 days before the departure date, 100% of the plan must be paid in full.
