DAY 1 • BOGOTA - MADRID

International departure from El Dorado International Airport. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airline check-in counter at least 3 hours in advance to complete the baggage check-in process. Overnight flight.

DAY 2 • MADRID

Arrival at Adolfo Suárez Madrid, Barajas Airport. Meet and greet followed by transfer to the hotel. The remainder of the day will be free for personal activities. Overnight stay.

DAY 3 • MADRID

In the morning, panoramic city tour with a local guide, visiting Plaza de España, the Cibeles Fountain, Plaza de Oriente, the Puerta de Alcalá, and the University City, among other highlights. In the afternoon, free time for personal activities. Accommodation.

DAY 4 • MADRID - SAN SEBASTIÁN - BURDEOS

Departure for northern Spain, traveling through the regions of Castile and León and Basque Country until arriving in San Sebastián, considered one of the most beautiful cities in the country. Free time to enjoy a walk through its Old Town. Then, we will continue through France’s wine region until arriving in Bordeaux, the historic capital of the Dukes of Aquitaine. Overnight stay.

DAY 5 • BURDEOS - BLOIS - PARÍS

At the scheduled time, departure from Bordeaux, France’s wine capital, heading toward the Loire Valley, famous for its iconic castles. Stop in Blois, one of the most notable towns in the valley thanks to its magnificent castle. Continue on to Paris. Overnight stay.

DAY 6 • PARIS

In the morning, enjoy a panoramic tour of Paris, passing along its main avenues and iconic landmarks, including the Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Opéra Garnier, the Eiffel Tower, the Latin Quarter, the Luxembourg Gardens, and Les Invalides, among other highlights. There will be a brief stop to visit the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal. The afternoon will be free for personal activities. Overnight accommodation.

Optional excursion available to attend a traditional Parisian cabaret show.

DAY 7 • PARIS

DAY 8 • PARIS – LUXEMBOURG – RHINE VALLEY – FRANKFURT

At the indicated time, departure crossing the Champagne region en route to Luxembourg, an important institutional center of the European Union. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, one of the smallest countries in Europe, stands out for its capital city, located on a rocky outcrop surrounded by large fortifications and deep valleys. Free time and continuation toward Germany. Passing through Koblenz, the journey continues along the Rhine Valley, where you can admire breathtaking scenery, with imposing German castles and the iconic Lorelei Rock. Arrival in Frankfurt, the country’s main financial center. Accommodation.

DAY 9 • FRANKFURT – HEIDELBERG – BLACK FOREST (FREIBURG) – ZURICH

At the indicated time, departure to Heidelberg, a city considered the birthplace of thinkers and home to one of the oldest universities in Europe. Located on the banks of the Neckar River, you will have time to enjoy its atmosphere, its old town, and its university character. Continuation of the journey to Freiburg, the capital of the Black Forest. Free time with the possibility of an optional excursion. We will continue crossing the entire region, with its picturesque villages, until reaching the capital of Switzerland. Free time to explore the city center. Accommodation.

DAY 10 • ZURICH – LUCERNE – VENICE

At the indicated time, departure toward Lucerne, located on the shores of Lake Lucerne, a city that has preserved its medieval charm in its squares, streets, and buildings. Optional excursion available to Mount Titlis, where you ascend by cable car to the snowy peaks of the Swiss Alps, enjoying the scenery, snow, and the various attractions of this unique experience. At the indicated time, continue the journey toward Venice, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Overnight stay.

DAY 11 • VENICE – PADUA – FLORENCE

In the morning, visit Venice, the city of 118 islands. Transfer by vaporetto to St. Mark’s Square. Walking tour of the city, visiting St. Mark’s Square, the Doge’s Palace, and the Bridge of Sighs, among others. Short free time to stroll independently through its labyrinthine streets and canals, and to admire the contrasts between the palaces along the Grand Canal and the small churches. Optional excursion available: gondola ride. At the indicated time, departure to Padua, a city known for the Saint, with time to visit its cathedral. Continue on to Florence and accommodation.

DAY 12 • FLORENCE – ASSISI – ROME

At the indicated time, departure for a panoramic tour of Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance and the Italian language. During the tour, we will visit its main landmarks: the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and its Campanile, the Baptistery with its famous Gates of Paradise, and the city that was home to historical figures such as Michelangelo and Dante Alighieri. At the scheduled time, departure for Assisi, where we will visit the city and the Basilica of Saint Francis. Afterwards, continue to Rome, the Eternal City. Accommodation.

Optional excursion available: “Baroque Rome,” featuring a visit to the heart of the city and its most fascinating sites, including Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and more.

DAY 13 • ROME

Free day to enjoy the city at your own pace. Overnight accommodation. Optional excursion available to one of Italy’s most interesting visits: Capri and Naples–Pompeii, a full-day tour to explore Naples, the most typical Italian city; Capri, a picturesque Mediterranean island; and Pompeii, the magnificent and legendary Roman city.

DAY 14 • ROME (PAPAL AUDIENCE)

At the agreed time, departure to Vatican City to attend the Papal Audience (provided the Pope is in Rome). Continuation with a panoramic tour of the Imperial City, including the Roman Forums, the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, Piazza Venezia, and St. Peter’s Square in Vatican City. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation. Optional excursion available to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, Michelangelo’s masterpiece.

DAY 15 • ROME - PISA - FRENCH RIVIERA

Departure for Pisa. Stop at Piazza dei Miracoli to admire the monumental complex consisting of the Cathedral, the Baptistery, and the famous Leaning Tower. Continue the journey to the French Riviera. Arrival and accommodation. We suggest enjoying the atmosphere of this cosmopolitan city or joining an optional excursion to Monaco and Monte Carlo, home to its world-famous casino.

DAY 16 • FRENCH RIVIERA - NÎMES - BARCELONA

At the scheduled time, departure for Provence, where we will make a brief visit to the renowned Fragonard perfume house, a symbol of the region’s rich perfume-making tradition. We will then continue to Nîmes, known as the “French Rome.” There will be free time for lunch and to admire its impressive Roman monuments, including the Arena Amphitheater and the Maison Carrée temple. Afterwards, we will continue our journey toward the Spanish border until arriving in Barcelona. Accommodation.

DAY 17 • BARCELONA

In the morning, we will take a panoramic tour of the city with a local guide, exploring its most characteristic and picturesque corners. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight accommodation.

FLIGHT TICKETS

  • Flight schedules are subject to change; however, the day of operation will remain unchanged.
  • Airfare taxes and program taxes are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of an increase in airfare taxes, hotel taxes, government fees, or contributions imposed by airlines or authorities, any difference must be paid by the passenger, even if partial or full payment has already been made.
  • Issued airline tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-revisable, and do not allow route changes or travel date modifications.
  • A valid passport with at least six (6) months validity from the travel date is mandatory. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be provided; if unavailable, a copy of the national ID may be submitted temporarily. Important: airline tickets are issued 60 days prior to departure, therefore the passport copy must be submitted before this deadline. The agency is not responsible for errors in ticket issuance if the required information is not provided on time.
  • This group fare does not allow paid class upgrades.

HOTELS

  • The hotels mentioned in quotations or programs are for reference purposes only and are among the most commonly used for these types of tours. However, upon confirmation, different hotels of similar category and standard may be assigned.
  • Double rooms: Double rooms (one bed or twin beds) are subject to hotel availability. Specific requests will be submitted but cannot be guaranteed in advance.
  • Triple rooms: In addition to the double bed, an extra rollaway bed will be provided, subject to hotel availability at the time of booking. (Limited availability; please confirm in advance.) We do not recommend triple rooms, as space may be significantly reduced.
  • Child rates apply to children between 2 and 7 years old, provided the child shares the existing bedding with two adults. If an additional bed is required, the corresponding rate must be paid.
  • Special requests such as cribs, bed type (Twin, King, Queen), or specific room preferences are subject to hotel availability at the time of reservation and final confirmation.

ITINERARY

  • In some cities included in this tour, passengers will have free time to continue exploring independently; therefore, return transfers to the hotel will not be included and will be at the passenger’s own expense.
  • In some cities on the itinerary, the stay may be for overnight accommodation only or as a transit point to the next destination. Due to time and logistical considerations, not all cities include sightseeing tours or city tours.
  • The itinerary is subject to modifications due to weather conditions, road conditions, operational issues, availability, or unforeseen events at the time of booking.
  • The order of activities may vary; however, the included services and content will remain unchanged.
  • Regular/shared services: Some services are provided on a shared basis with other passengers. Transportation, guided visits, and excursions operate in groups, so schedules and routes may be adjusted for proper service coordination.
  • Regular departures require a minimum of 10 passengers to operate. If the minimum number is not reached, the departure may be canceled or rescheduled to the nearest available date.
  • Travel documents: Once full payment has been confirmed, final travel documents will be sent approximately six (6) days prior to departure.

TOURS AND EXCURSIONS

  • The guide or local operator may adjust the order of visits due to logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always honoring the contracted services.
  • If any activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure, the corresponding refund will be processed only for the service not provided, when applicable.
  • We are not responsible for tourism services contracted directly by the passenger with third-party providers.

CHILD POLICY

  • Infants (under 1.99 years old): Pay only airfare taxes. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any additional equipment for transportation, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate these needs.
  • Children (2 to 6 years old): Pay the child rate. No extra bed is included.
  • Children (7 years old and above): Pay the adult rate.
  • Room occupancy: The maximum number of children sharing a room with parents is subject to each hotel’s policy.
  • Documentation: All minors must travel accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. At check-in, they must present a valid ID card, passport, or birth certificate/official registration document.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether visas or other documents are required to enter the destinations included in the trip, and to ensure all travel documents are valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • Payments made to confirm reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the supplier.
  • Confirmation of services is subject to timely payment according to the deadlines established in the quotation.
  • The rates are expressed in USD and must be paid in Colombian pesos at the exchange rate (TRM) applicable on the date of payment.
  • The initial deposit must be 20% of the total trip cost.
  • 100 days prior to departure, 60% of the total package cost must be paid.
  • 50 days prior to departure, 100% of the total package cost must be paid.
